%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Jounitus\ARRIVAL ZERO EARTH\ to the email.
NOTE: Windows automatically expands %userprofile% to something like
C:\Users\[yourusername]\AppData\LocalLow\Jounitus\ARRIVAL ZERO EARTH, so
it's easier for you to find the correct folder.
Also, please attach the file Profile.json from folder
[steam install]/userdata/[your steam user id]/1613580/remote/Profile.json to the email.
[steam install] is usually in a folder like C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\.
If you don't know your
steam user id, there is usually only one folder in the "userdata" folder, which is your user id.
You might be also
able to
download the Profile.json from here,
as long as the latest version is successfully synced to the cloud.
